What You Need For Your E-Glass Claim

To file a glass claim there’s no need to call MPI first. Give us a call or stop by Roadrunners Auto in Ashern to make a claim. We will set up your claim, then order in the glass and book your appointment for the glass replace all at once!


Have this information ready when you call:

  • The driver’s licence document number (9 digit number - above eye colour) of the registered vehicle owner (if the registered vehicle owner does not have a driver’s licence, you may use the customer number located on the vehicle registration).
  • The vehicle registration.
  • The date/approximate time of day the original damage occurred.
  • The vehicle’s licence plate number
  • If the vehicle is registered to a company, you will need to provide the customer number located on the vehicle registration.
